  • What types of classes do you offer?

    We offer 45 & 60 minute class formats in Barre, HIIT, Strength, and Yoga. All of our classes are offered in-studio, and most are also offered via livestream to accommodate your busy lifestyle. See our group classes and  schedule page for more detailed information on each class!

  • What classes would you recommend for beginners?

    We truly belive in fitness for all. As such, all of our instructors will offer modifications to meet a variety of fitness levels. Most first time guests start with barreBALANCE, labarre's signature class. Our classes may also be modified for pre and post-natal mamas!

  • Do you have a new member special?

    We suggest that new guests start an unlimited week for just $49. Having access to a variety of classes and instructors during your first week is the best way to explore and experience labarre's offerings. Your membership will renew weekly and may be cancelled or adjusted to another membership at any time. If you have paid a drop in fee to attend your first class, we can apply this fee towards your first unlimited week! Just stop by the desk after your class.

  • Do I need to pre-register for class?

    We suggest registering 48-hours in advance to ensure a  spot in your desired class. 

  • Where should I park?

    Street parking is available on The Alameda and on Hester. We also have a dedicated lot available outside of school hours (evenings, weekends, and during school breaks) directly across the street from the studio at the Hester School. 

  • Is there a place to change and store my belongings?

    labarre has two private bathrooms for changing. We offer small lockers with locks for your personal belongings. 

  • Can arrive to class late or leave early?

    In order to ensure that you get the best work out and other guests have a positive experience, we do not allow arrivals beyond 5 minutes into class time. We suggest that all guests arrive 5 minutes before class in order to settle in, gather props, and be ready for class to start. We do ask that you plan to stay the entire class.

  • Can I bring a friend to class for free?

    Guests on a monthly unlimited membership plan receive one free guest pass per billing cycle.  This is a use it or lose it pass and does not carry over.
